L-Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that is most abundant in our muscles, but gets rapidly depleted under conditions of exercise or stress.
Hence, Glutamine acts as a powerfully anti-catabolic amino acid in fighting stress and improving recovery after intense training.
Individuals with high stress levels | Persons with poor immunity | Active individuals with poor muscle recovery | Intensely training athletes and fitness enthusiasts
For adults, mix 1 – 2 servings in 150ml – 250ml of water or your protein shake, and have 2-3 times daily (before exercise, afer exercise and at bedtime)
