What is Whey protein?
Whey, a naturally occurring milk protein, is ranked as the highest in protein quality due to its
complete amino acid profile and rich content of BCAAs. Since it is also extremely fast-absorbed,
it is ideal post-exercise to help optimize muscle recovery.
Whey is a versatile protein that can be part of both fat loss and muscle-building diets.
It also helps meet protein requirements especially in case of vegetarians.

Recommended usage: 1-2 servings per day or as recommended
Directions for use: Mix 1 scoop (approx. 33g) in 250ml water (room temperature or chilled) and
stir/shake well before drinking. Ideally consume within 30 mins after exercise along with
carbohydrates as per individual requirement.
It can also be mixed in skim milk and taken before exercise or with any meal during the day to
meet protein requirements.

What are BCAAs?
The BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are essential amino acids that are rapidly used for energy during
intense and long-duration exercise. Strongman Joe BCAA includes Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine in the ideal
2:1:1 ratio since leucine is used at double the rate of isoleucine and valine. It also contains Beta-alanine which
helps act as a lactic acid buffer during intense training.
Who can use BCAA with Beta-alanine?
Directions for use: Mix 1 scoop (approx. 8g) in 300-500ml water (room temperature or chilled),
which can be consumed before, during and after exercise.Intake of beta-alanine may lead to tingling sensation in the skin, which tends to subside overtime. To avoid/minimize tingling sensation, sip slowly rather than drinking a large quantity at a time.
